How Long and How Often?
My sessions are 60 minutes long. At the onset, I recommend you commit to attend weekly sessions for at least three months before we shift to a less frequent meet-up. It’s integral to establish rapport and to sit in the mess. Children clients can expect to attend weekly for as long as it takes.
How will I feel?
Sometimes good, sometimes bad.

How do I know which is the right therapist for me?
Ask yourself some questions - do you feel comfortable, can you be open and honest, do you feel like they understand your problem and how you experience the world? There should be a good enough vibe. You should look forward to your sessions. You should feel resonated with and not judged. Look for a therapist working in a modality you’re curious about and someone specialized to your needs.
What does confidentiality mean?
Everything you say in session is private between us. However, as a mandated reporter, it is my duty to break confidentiality if you disclose an intent to harm yourself or someone else or if there is suspected abuse happening.
